OVERSIGHT BOARDS
Emma Church functions with a dual oversight board polity that reflects the church's identity as both a spiritual community and organization. While there is some overlap, the Elders prayerfully serve with wisdom and attention to matters of relationship, spiritual health, staff, and ministry vision and our Church Council prayerfully oversees matters of missional strategy, administration, and policy.
